Join Corinne’s online hands-on cooking class from France to experience the delicious Burgundy Cuisine!
You will learn how to make gougères exquisite cheese choux puffs, Boeuf Bourguignon in using a pressure cooker, a delicious Lemon and Blackcurrant Cream accompanied with Buttered Almond Cookies. Corinne will recommend the right Burgundy wines to pair with your meal.

Please check you have a pressure-cooker. If not, your boeuf bourguignon must be cooked longer (2h30 instead of 45mn).
