In booking a cooking class with us, you will learn the right methods and our Chef’s tips to succeed in a delicious 3-course menu that you will prepare and cook from scratch.
Our recipes celebrate the French cuisine simplified for home cooks. It also choose the ingredients you can find in your country.
Our classes are intimate, limited to 6 participants. It’s designed for amateurs, individuals and small groups.
All classes are hands-on, and taught in English.

Our cooking school is located in downtown Paris, steps to a metro station.
Cooking classes are scheduled in the morning, starting at 10:30am and in the late afternoon, starting at 5pm, for about 3 hours. You will learn how to prepare and to cook a well-balanced meal with seasonal fresh produce from the market.
Tasting lunch or dinner including a starter, a main course, and a dessert follows the class. The lunch or the dinner is accompanied by mineral water, white or red wine, and coffee or tea.
Sample seasonal menus can include pears and blue cheese pie, chestnut and porcini-mushrooms soup topped with a foie gras flavored whipped cream, cucumber and smoked salmon “millefeuille” with its buttered parmesan cookie, rack of lamb topped with a herbs crust, duck breast in orange sauce, berries crumble, cherries clafoutis, apples and raisins crepe “aumonière” accompanied by a salty buttered caramel sauce, and more.
