Within 3 hours you will learn how to cook a 4-course well-balanced menu prepared with organic seasonal produce from the market.

Cooking with Corinne / Lifestyle Vacations France

Symbol of joys and family reunions, Christmas is always celebrated with a frugal meal made with the most refined ingredients.
Through Corinne’s virtual cooking class, you will learn how to cook a delicious 4-course Christmas dinner celebrating the French cuisine.

You will prepare an exquisite salmon mousse served on toasts for the Champagne aperitif. The appetizer is a traditional Coquille Saint-Jacques (scallops are seared, served in the shell with a tasteful white wine sauce). The main course is a guinea fowl (or chicken) supreme cooked with Champagne and girolles mushrooms, served with a celeriac and mashed potato truffled puree. For dessert, Corinne teaches how to make French-style chestnut cream verrines.
