Coated in a thin chocolate layer, ganaches and pralinés bites offer a majestic delight!

Mendiants chocolates – A delicate 71% cocoa chocolate disk topped with a crunchy Valencia almond, a smooth blond raisin and a caramelized pecan. These fragile chocolates are presented in a 45 pieces gift box.

Sarments du Medoc – A classic and delicate combination of premium dark chocolate with a natural orange flavor for these branch vine shaped thin stick. A wink to the legendary Médoc vineyards of Margaux. Ingredients: cocoa beans 52%, pure cocoa butter, sugar, natural orange flavor, organic soya lecithin, whole milk powder, natural vanilla extract. Possible traces of nuts, egg and gluten.

French Chef Christian Vautier’s selection of chocolates is the ultimate expression of his experience and craftsmanship. His collection combines the finest chocolate grands crus from Madagascar, Central & South America, and Africa with a precise dosage of fruits, aromas or spices. Chef Vautier is a flavor creator, like a perfumer that creates a smell by blending front and back notes. Chocolate making requires more than just our sense of smell, but also sound, taste, touch and sight. Each chocolate ganache or praliné has a unique flavor and characteristic, telling a story and evoking a memory.

Mr Vautier has been the Executive Pastry Chef of Paris’ Grand Hôtel Intercontinental and Café de la Paix for ten years. His long list of accomplishments also include Potel & Chabot, De Bailleul delicatessens in France and abroad.

Christian Vautier is the creator of Les Chocolatiers family-run business with 4 stores in the greater Paris district (Sèvres, Chaville, Saint-Cloud, Montrouge). He also regularly teaches French techniques to chocolate makers in their development and creations at the international.
