This lesson features 4 “mother sauces” which will add a luxurious creaminess, flavors and bring acidity to balance the appetizer, the entree and the dessert : Mayonnaise, Light Vinaigrette, Béarnaise, Berries Sauce. Through her online hands-on class celebrating the genuine French cuisine, Corinne offers a unique cooking experience in the friendly atmosphere.

MENU: 

  • Crab Mayonnaise Tartine, Mesclun salad with a light vinaigrette
  • Beef and herbs Croquettes, Bearnaise sauce, seasonal green vegetables
  • Berries sauce, Chocolate fondant cake
