WELCOME TO ALSACE WITH ITS EXQUISITE CUISINE & WINES, AND JOIN MY COOKING CLASS TO EXPERIENCE AN ORIGINAL MENU!

Alsatian gastronomy is deeply marked by its history but it stands out for the richness and diversity of its terroir. The local cuisine is rich and tasty balanced by wines of great finesse among the best in the world! Aside to Sauerkraut (served in Winstubs local bistros), Baeckeoffe (beef stew) and Flammeküeche (tarte flambée) most emblematic dishes, you will learn how to prepare a 3-course Alsatian menu with recipes simplified for home cooks.
Food allergies, likes and dislikes are always considered and it’s possible to update the menu accordingly.
