Paris Delights is an original program created by Corinne Preteur for Lifestyle Vacations and paris This is a baking training designed for beginners, pastry and desserts lovers. Corinne personally welcomes participants to Paris CDG airport Sunday, and coordinate their transfer to the hotel or guesthouse. She will guide the tour scheduled the day of your arrival.


Paris Delights program includes 3-star boutique-hotel or guesthouse accommodation located in the safe, quiet and residential 9th arrondissement, steps to the baking school and to the alive rue des Martyrs and chic Place Saint-Georges.

Charming 3-star boutique-hotels and guesthouses that we include in Paris Delights program have been visited and chosen for its tranquility, cleanliness, and location.

Your room with private ensuite bath is furnished with a queen size bed, and stylish antiques. If you plan to come with a friend and share the bedroom, better to choose the hotel with twin-bed rooms. Whether you stay in a hotel or a guesthouse, you will enjoy delicious daily continental breakfasts (buffet in hotels, and table served in guesthouse). Continental breakfasts include tea or coffee or hot chocolate, fruits juice, croissant, baguette, butter, jam, cheese, ham and fruits.


Our classes are designed for pastry and chocolate lovers who aspire to improve their skills and techniques to create delectable French patisseries and plated desserts. Program includes 5 hands-on courses operated in our baking school located in Paris 9th. Classes are taught in English by our woman professional pastry Chef, scheduled Monday-Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm. This training totals 35 hours of teaching.


– Paris-style entremets and assembling techniques,
– Sponge cakes and biscuits,
– Masking and glaçage (icing),
– Tarts and basic French patisseries doughs,
– Mastering creams, mousses and fillings,
– Yeast dough for croissants and brioches,
– Laminated dough,
– Introduction to bread baking,
– Introduction to chocolate: tempering,
– Pastry decoration.


Baguette, croissants and brioches, Eclairs choux pastry, Macarons, Puff pastry (Mille-Feuille, Napoleon, Apple turnover, and Palm leaf), Entremets, Tarts and tartelettes… and also Petit-Fours, Ganaches, Creams, Génoise cakes, and more.


Day 1 (Sunday) : Welcome to Paris !
Paris CDG airport transfer by car or van (depending on the participants arrivals). Check-in.
Welcome lunch followed by Paris guided tour by car and by walking for 3 hours. Dinner on your own.
Overnight at the hotel or guesthouse.

Day 2-5 (Monday-Friday) : Pastry Training
Breakfast at the hotel or guesthouse.
Baking classes scheduled from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Lunch and dinner on your own (see our list of casual restaurants in the 9th arrondissement).
Overnight at the hotel or guesthouse.

Day 6 (Saturday) : Shopping or visits in Paris
Breakfast at the hotel or guesthouse.
Full day for resting, shopping, and visiting Paris.
Farewell food & wine pairing dinner in a traditional gourmet restaurant.
Overnight at the hotel or guesthouse.

Day 7 (Sunday) : Check Out / Airport Transfer
Morning breakfast and check-out. Airport transfer by car or minibus.
End of the tour.
